Delivery Time

We ship all orders within Australia using Australia Post.

Where possible, we dispatch all orders the next business day.
In cases where dispatch is delayed by more than 1 business day, we will inform you by email by the 3rd business day with a reason for the delay.

Delivery Address Accuracy and Completion

Our delivery services (Australia Post etc) require an accurate and complete shipping address for your order.
If the address is a business address, you must include your business name, because AusPost may often decline to deliver if it thinks there may be multiple business addresses at a single address.
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
If a parcel is returned to us due to an error with your address, we may request payment for shipping your order again.

If you discover an error with your shipping address, simply contact us at orders@geronimojerky.com.au and we will try to rectify it in time.

International Deliveries

Shipping to certain countries is enabled on the website: simply select your country during check-out.
For some countries, shipping of meat products may not be possible. Please contact us if you think we can ship to your country.
